Discount Padel Holidays Ltd
Last updated: January 2026
We organise social, sport‑led padel trips designed to be fun, active, and hassle‑free. These terms explain how bookings work, what we’re responsible for, and what we need from you so everyone can focus on playing padel and having a great time.
These Booking Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, the information contained on our website (where applicable), and any other written details provided to you before your booking was confirmed, form the basis of your contract with Discount Padel Holidays Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights and responsibilities.
References to “you” or “your” apply to the lead passenger named on the booking (the group organiser) and to everyone included in the booking, or anyone added or substituted later. By making a booking, the lead passenger confirms on behalf of everyone in the group that:
A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit (or full payment if booking within 60 days of departure, or any other deadline stated on your travel offer, quote, or booking confirmation) and we issue a written booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse a booking and return any payment received at our discretion.
A legally binding contract comes into effect once we issue your booking confirmation. You must check all details carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately of any errors. Failure to report inaccuracies within 10 days may affect your rights.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure (or as otherwise stated). If full payment is not received on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the cancellation charges set out in clause 9. Where we agree to accept late payment, a £25 late payment fee will apply.
Some trips require a damage deposit. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated before booking and on your booking confirmation.
Damage deposits are held as a collective or “global” deposit for the group. If damage occurs during your trip to accommodation, transport, or supplier property, we may deduct reasonable amounts from individual deposits or from the group damage deposit where responsibility cannot be clearly attributed.
Any charges applied in foreign currency will be converted using the exchange rate in place at the time payment is taken. If the damage costs exceed the amount held, we reserve the right to recover the outstanding balance from you.
Any remaining balance of the damage deposit will be returned to the nominated account within 31 working days of your request after the trip, subject to no outstanding claims. Disputes relating to damage deductions will be handled under our complaints procedure.
Please note that some accommodation providers may also require a separate credit card or cash deposit on arrival.
We take care to ensure that all prices and information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them. You should always verify the price and details of your chosen arrangements before confirming your booking.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers. Our trips involve padel sessions, sport venues, and active schedules, so your policy must cover sporting activities as well as the usual essentials. Your policy must cover your individual needs, including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and any activities included in your trip. Where sporting or similar activities form part of the holiday, your insurance must explicitly cover participation.
If you travel without adequate insurance, we will not be responsible for any losses that would otherwise have been covered.
We reserve the right to change the price of unsold holidays at any time and to correct pricing errors. After booking, prices may only increase to reflect changes directly affecting the cost of the holiday, including:
We will absorb increases of up to 2% of the total holiday price (excluding insurance and amendment fees). You will only be charged for amounts above this. If the increase exceeds 8%, you may accept the change, choose an alternative holiday (where available), or cancel for a full refund (excluding insurance and amendment fees). You must notify us of your decision within 7 days.
If the price decreases due to these factors, you will receive a refund less a £10 administration fee. No price changes will be made within 20 days of departure.
These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may choose the courts of your home jurisdiction.
If you end your holiday early, we cannot refund unused services. Where there is no valid complaint regarding the services provided, no refund will be offered for the unused portion of the trip. You may be able to claim through your travel insurance.
Any request to change your booking must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a £10 administration fee per person per change, plus any additional supplier costs.
You may transfer a booking to another person provided:
Where possible, and in most cases, we offer Name Changes completely free. This is subject to changes with suppliers being accepted.
Both the original traveller and the replacement remain jointly responsible for all payments. Some elements (such as event tickets) may be non-transferable or subject to 100% cancellation charges.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and take effect on the date received by us. If part of a group cancels, remaining travellers may need to pay an increased per-person price.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Insurance premiums, booking fees, and amendment charges are non-refundable.
Where cancellation is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination (as defined by the Package Travel Regulations), you may cancel without charge and receive a full refund, excluding insurance and amendment fees.
We may occasionally need to make changes or cancel a booking. Minor changes do not entitle you to compensation. Significant changes or cancellations (excluding force majeure or non-payment) will entitle you to choose between accepting the change, an alternative arrangement, or a full refund.
Compensation may be payable depending on how close to departure the change or cancellation occurs, except where exclusions apply.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, government action, or transport disruption. In such cases, refunds will be limited in line with applicable regulations, and no compensation will be payable.
Special requests should be made at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. While we will pass requests to suppliers, they cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by us in writing.
If you or any member of your party has a medical condition or disability that may affect the trip, full details must be provided before booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if we cannot reasonably accommodate those needs.
Any issues during your trip must be reported immediately to the relevant supplier and to us so we have the opportunity to resolve them. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.
We want our trips to be competitive on court and relaxed off it. All customers are expected to behave responsibly, respect other guests, resort staff, coaches, and local communities, and avoid behaviour that could spoil the experience for others. If your behaviour (or that of your party) causes distress, danger, damage, or disruption, we may terminate your booking without refund and hold you responsible for any resulting costs or losses.
We act as the organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and are responsible for the proper provision of the services included in your booking, subject to these terms.
Any excursions, nightlife activities, or extras booked locally or with third parties (outside your padel package) are not part of your contract with us. These are booked at your own discretion and responsibility.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all passport, visa, immigration, and health requirements for travel. We cannot accept liability if you are unable to travel due to non-compliance.
Many elements of your holiday are provided by independent suppliers and are subject to their own terms and conditions, which form part of your contract with us.
If you encounter difficulties during your trip, we will offer appropriate assistance where possible. Costs incurred where there has been no failure on our part may be payable by you.
Coach travel, airport transfers, minimum numbers, delays, and pickup arrangements are subject to operational requirements and may involve shared transport. Specific conditions and minimum numbers will be provided at the time of booking.
You are responsible for checking UK Foreign Office travel advice before departure. Advice against travel may constitute force majeure.
